1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date
- This is your first subscription with Cloud 9 ERP Solutions
- You have not previously received a refund from us
- Your account is in good standing and not terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
2. What Is Covered
The 30-day refund policy applies to:
- Monthly subscription fees for new customers
- Annual subscription fees for new customers (prorated if applicable)
- First-time module additions within the 30-day period
3. What Is Not Covered
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Implementation and professional services fees
- Custom development work
- Training and consulting services
- Third-party integration costs
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Requests made after the 30-day period
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email our customer support team at refunds@cloud9erp.com or call (800) 555-CLOUD
- Provide Information: Include your account email, company name, and reason for the refund request
- Verification: Our team will verify your eligibility within 2 business days
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Bank transfers may take up to 15 business days. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
6. Account Status After Refund
Upon refund approval:
- Your subscription will be immediately cancelled
- Access to the platform will be terminated
- You will have 14 days to export any data you wish to retain
- After 14 days, your data will be permanently deleted per our data retention policy
7. Subscription Cancellation (Without Refund)
If you wish to cancel your subscription but are outside the 30-day refund window, you may cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
8. Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions, refund requests made within the 30-day period will receive a full refund of the annual fee. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent automatic renewal. We do not provide prorated refunds for annual plans after the 30-day period.
9. Disputes
If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, you may appeal the decision by contacting our customer success manager at success@cloud9erp.com. Appeals will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will receive a written response explaining the final decision.
10. Policy Changes
Cloud 9 ERP Solutions reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your refund request.
